Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays (AEST). During sale times, it may take up to 5 days due to a high volume of orders.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.
Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Please note that if discounts or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $99, free shipping will not apply.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
Standard delivery within Australia usually takes between 3-7 business days.
Express delivery within Australia usually takes between 1-3 business days.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not currently ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays and Nurture and Nest Co. will not be held liable.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and documentation related to the shipment for inspection purposes. Nurture and Nest Co. will not be held liable for loss or damages due to unattended packages being left at your delivery address.
