Refund policy

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT
Nurture and Nest Co. will fully refund or replace any good purchased if they are found to be damaged or faulty. Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we may rectify the issue. Refunds will be processed in the same form as your original payment upon receipt of the returned product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@nurtureandnestco.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
